These terms govern your use of Nest, a household app for tracking store credit, cataloging what you own, and selling second-hand items to other people. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these terms.
Nest is operated by its founder in Iceland. Questions or requests: fridriksv@gmail.com.
Nest is a venue that connects buyers and sellers of second-hand goods. Sales happen directly between users — Nest is not a party to any transaction, does not take payment, does not hold goods, and makes no guarantee about any item, price, buyer, or seller. Arrange payment and pickup at your own discretion and risk.
You agree not to list, post, or send:
We remove objectionable content and act on reports. Every listing can be reported from the app and the website. We review reports and may remove a listing, and suspend or ban a user, at our discretion. You can also block a seller so their listings no longer appear for you. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content promptly.
Don't misuse the service — no scraping, no attempts to break security or access data that isn't yours, no automated abuse, and nothing unlawful.
Nest uses AI to read credit notes and draft listings. AI output can be wrong — always check details such as amounts, expiry dates, and prices before you rely on them.
Core features are free. Nest Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited AI. It's billed through your app store, renews until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your app store account settings.
Nest is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Nest and its operator are not liable for disputes between users, for the condition, legality, or safety of any item, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland.
