Veyma helps your household track store credit and catalog what you own. This page explains what data Veyma collects, why, and what control you have over it. The short version: your data belongs to your household, we collect only what the features need, and we never sell it.
Veyma is operated by its founder in Iceland. For any privacy question or request, contact us at fridriksv@gmail.com.
When you use an AI feature (reading a credit note, identifying an item, or writing a sale listing), the photo or item details are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the result, then returned to your app. We send only what the feature needs, and Anthropic's API does not use this data to train its models.
Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, and private file storage). Access is protected by row-level security: every record is scoped to your household, and only signed-in members of that household can read it.
Veyma is built for two. If you join a household (or someone joins yours via an invite code), every member sees the household's credits, items, photos, and votes. Only share your invite code with people you trust.
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — email fridriksv@gmail.com and we will act on it without undue delay. Deleting your account removes your profile and, if you are the last member, your household's data and photos.
Veyma is intended for adults managing a household and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will note it here and update the date above.
